Roman Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef.
    Add tomato sauce, tomatoes (chopped or blended) and sugar to meat.
    Simmer for 10 or 15 minutes.
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Mix the cream cheese, 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese, sour cream and onion soup mix.
    Fold into noodles.
    Layer noodles and meat mixture in a large casserole dish.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top (grated Parmesan cheese can always be used).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
