Haluski - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 potatoes (approximately), grated fine
    flour
    1 can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 clove garlic, grated
    oleo
    onion, chopped
    Colby Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Mix potatoes with flour until you can work with it in your hand to make small balls.
    In a large kettle, boil salted water. Drop balls into the water and boil about 10 minutes or until they come to the top.
    Then drain when done.
