Pecan Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. rum flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool; cut into squares.
