Crunchy Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    1 can green beans
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
    2 c. milk
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan combine soup and milk; heat just to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in chicken, rice, beans, mushrooms, pimento, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole and stir.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0
    for 40 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake for 5 minutes longer.
    Serves 5 to 6.
