Sausage Ring 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage (turkey sausage has less fat)
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. diced onions
    1 c. apples, chopped (leave peel on!)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mold into a ring.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Freeze.
    Thaw and bake for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
