Peach Marshmallow Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. Cool Whip
32 marshmallows
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine first 2 ingredients and press in bottom and sides of pie tin.
Chill until needed.
Cook and stir marshmallows and milk in double boiler until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice mixed with water.
Cool.
Fold in marshmallow mixture and cream.
Put in layers with fresh peaches.
Chill until firm.
