Vegetable Salad With Feta Cheese(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, halved
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
3 tomatoes, quartered
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 red onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, diced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
6 radishes, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
12 to 14 Kalamata olives
Preparation

Rub interior of large wooden salad bowl with cut side of garlic.
Add and toss remaining ingredients.
