Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. green and red bell peppers, seeded and chopped fine
    2/3 c. jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped fine (approximately 6)
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar (white or red wine)
    2 pouches Certo
Preparation
    Place peppers, sugar and vinegar in a large saucepan; bring to a rolling boil for 3 minutes.
    Set aside for 5 minutes.
    Add the Certo; bring to a boil again and boil for 1 minute.
    Pour into sterile jelly glasses and seal.
    Serve as an appetizer atop cream cheese; spread on Triscuits.
    Makes 7 to 8 jelly glasses.
