Egg And Orange Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh spinach
2 oranges
1/3 c. salad oil
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced (optional)
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Preparation

Wash spinach in lukewarm water.
Drain well.
Chill thoroughly to crisp.
Peel and section oranges, reserving 1 to 2 tablespoons juice for dressing.
Combine reserved orange juice, salad oil, vinegar, sugar, sesame seed, celery salt and mustard, stirring until blended and sugar is dissolved.
Tear spinach into bite size pieces into large salad bowl.
Add orange sections and water chestnuts.
Toss to mix.
Add egg slices.
Pour dressing over all.
Toss gently to thoroughly mix and evenly coat ingredients.
