Blueberry Kramm - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    whipped cream or heavy cream
    4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cook berries in water for 15 minutes.
    Strain.
    Add sugar and lemon juice to blueberry liquid.
    Make a paste of the cornstarch and water.
    Add to juices.
    Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes or until clear.
    Pour into bowl to set.
    Serve cold with heavy cream or whipped cream or stir 1 cup sour cream into mixture.
