Vegetable Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, sliced, rings separated
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can (13 3/4 oz.) beef broth
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. browning agent, flavor enhancer (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. fresh or frozen cut up vegetables
    2 cans (4 oz. each) mushrooms, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and garlic; drain.
    Mix dressing and flour; gradually stir in broth, Worcestershire sauce, browning agent/flavor enhancer and pepper.
    Pour over meat mixture; simmer 5 minutes.
    Add vegetables and mushrooms; cover.
    Continue simmering 5 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and serve over.
    Makes 6 servings.
