Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown beef in butter.
Blend in remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Heat until bubbly.
Add sour cream.
Serve over noodles or rice or can be combined with the noodles or rice and served in a baking dish.
