Hungarian Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    2 eggs
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in double boiler, remove from boiling water, add sugar and water; blend.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add butter, one third at a time, beating thoroughly after each amount.
    Makes enough frosting to cover a 9-inch layer cake or about 2 dozen cupcakes.
