Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 large pkg. broccoli
    1 large pkg. cauliflower
    1 can mushroom or chicken soup
    American cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    bread (light bread or corn bread)
Preparation
    Cook chicken for 35 minutes.
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower until almost done; do not overcook.
    Butter a 13 x 9 x 2-pinch pan. Spread broccoli and cauliflower in pan.
    Tear chicken in small pieces; put over vegetables.
    Mix soup, lemon juice and mayonnaise together and spoon over chicken over vegetable mixture.
    Cover entire casserole with cheese; break bread over casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes until bread is brown and cheese melted.
