Quick Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. rice medley
3 slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
1 Tbsp. reserved bacon drippings
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. cooked shrimp
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook rice as directed on package.
In medium skillet, saute celery, green pepper and onion in reserved bacon drippings until crisp-tender.
Stir in bacon, cooked shrimp, chili powder, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and rice.
Heat thoroughly.
