Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sliced onions
2 c. grated Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese
4 c. (29 oz. can) tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation

Prepare lasagne.
Steam spinach until defrosted, then drain. Add Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese and nutmeg.
Mix well and set aside.
