Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 onions, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 cup sour cream
    2 beaten eggs
    1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 pkg. Saltines, crushed
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter. Mix soup, sour cream, beaten eggs and milk.
    In a casserole
    dish, put a layer of onions, cover with soup mixture. Then sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Another layer of onions, etc. Top with crushed Saltines. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
