Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Let butter stand until soft.
Blend butter and sugar together. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and cocoa.
Stir until mixed well.
Add sifted flour.
Stir with spoon until all ingredients are well blended.
Do not use mixer.
Bake in two 8-inch square pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Do not overbake.
