Garlic Vinegar(Extra Strong) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 heads garlic, separated, peeled and pressed or smashed to a paste
1 pt. cider vinegar

Preparation

Put in a jar with a tight lid.
Let stand one week or more before using.
