Cheese Dinner Muffins - cooking recipe

2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 egg
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
ice water
Preparation

Mix together Bisquick, egg, buttermilk and cheese. Add enough ice water to make a very soft batter. Spoon into lightly greased muffin tins and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until well risen and golden brown.
