Gratin Of Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cauliflower
    1/3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in boiling, salted water for about 12 minutes. Drain and puree or mash. Blend in milk, butter and mustard. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Place in a shallow baking dish and cover with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until a golden crust has formed over the top.
