Baked Crabmeat Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. cooked crabmeat (frozen or canned)
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
    Add red pepper, onions and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in flour and pepper; cook 1 minute.
    Gradually add milk; cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese.
    Remove from heat; fold in crabmeat.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pan; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
    Serve with Melba toast rounds.
