Egg Salad Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 3/4 c. condensed beef consomme (undiluted)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/2 c. diced celery
1 oz. sweet pickle relish
1/4 medium-size onion, finely chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Soften gelatin in 3/4 cup consomme.
Heat remaining consomme and dissolve gelatin in it.
Refrigerate until partially set. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Fill mold and refrigerate until set.
Unmold onto lettuce-lined plate.
Garnish with swirls of salad dressing. Serves 6.
