Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gallon water
    5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. chicken boulion powder
    1 pint of half and half
    2 cans cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 cup flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour water in very large pot.
    Add diced potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Do Not Drain - leave water with potatoes.
    Add the soup and stir well.
    In a separate pan, melt butter and add chicken boulion and flour.
    When it becomes a paste consistency, pour this into pot with potatoes.
    Add the half and half stirring well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 8 - 12 people.
