Smoked Trout Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked trout
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, finely minced
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation

In a medium mixing bowl, flake fish.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and cayenne pepper; mix well.
Serve with crackers.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
