Scalloped Rice(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 1/2 c. light cream
Preparation
    Mix cooked rice, flour, salt, green onions and parsley.
    Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole.
    Pour light cream over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for about 30 minutes.
