Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. chopped, dried apples
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 cinnamon
    1/4 nutmeg
Preparation
    Place apples in cold water in a large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and then reduce to medium to low heat.
    Simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.
    Add sugar, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Cool. Make biscuit dough.
    Roll out to 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut in 6-inch rounds.
    Place 2 tablespoons apples in center of each round.
