Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    5 eggs
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cherry pie filing (optional)
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs and 2 tablespoons of vanilla.
    Beat for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Fill 24 cupcake papers.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Centers will drop.
    Blend in separate bowl the sour cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Fill centers with mixture. Top with spoonful cherry pie filling.
    Bake 5 more minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    Serve chilled.
