Hearty Baked Macaroni(Health Conscious) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 lb. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine tomato puree, water, Italian seasonings and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
    In another bowl, combine cottage cheese, onion powder and the remaining garlic powder.
    Spray with vegetable cooking spray a 9 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Spoon 1/3 of the tomato mixture in the dish. Layer 1/2 of the macaroni, all of the cheese mixture, 1/3 of the tomato mixture, the remaining 1/2 of the macaroni, then the remaining 1/3 of the tomato mixture.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover; top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
    Let stand before serving.
