Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage (mild)
    1 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    1 large box biscuit mix
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Fry sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly and brown.
    In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cheese, pepper and biscuit mix. Add water; mix well.
    Form into small, walnut size balls.
    Place the balls on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Can be served hot or cold.
    Makes about 100 balls.
