Curd Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    400 grams sugar
    juice of 2 lemons plus grated rind
    1000 grams curd cheese (dry)
    100 grams semolina
    1 pkg. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice and rind.
    Stir in curd cheese through a sieve.
    Mix curd cheese, semolina, flour and baking powder.
    Fold in the egg mixture.
    Bake at 180\u00b0C for about 1 hour in a form pan.
    When done, brush with melted butter and dust with powdered sugar.
