Buttermilk Skillet Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick cooking spray
    2 c. cornmeal
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 tsp. honey
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. egg substitute
Preparation
    Coat an 11 to 12-inch cast-iron skillet with nonstick spray. Set skillet in a 350\u00b0 oven to warm.
    Sift cornmeal into mixing bowl; set aside.
    In a small bowl, mix baking soda, honey and buttermilk.
    Add egg substitute and canola oil; stir to blend. Stir buttermilk mixture into cornmeal, adding a small amount at a time.
    Pour batter into hot skillet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Let cook for 30 minutes.
