Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together flour and sugar.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Stir in milk.
    Add oil.
    Add liquids all at once to flour and beat until smooth. Bake on hot griddle or skillet until golden brown.
    Yields 10 to 12 average size pancakes.
