Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. milk
    1 lb. American cheese or Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix well and cook in double broiler, microwave or slow cook until cheese is melted.
    Stir, let cool and serve with chips.
