Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    3 egg whites
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 Tbsp. grated chocolate
Preparation
    Whip Ricotta cheese, add 3/4 cup sugar, then add 3 egg yolks. Add milk and vanilla.
    Beat in egg whites.
    Fold in chocolate. Pour into pie plate with Pillsbury pie crust in the pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
