Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs, cornstarch, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
Stir in cheese, onion and ground beef.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown and set.
Yield:
6 servings.
