Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chopped broccoli
2 eggs
1 onion (medium), chopped fine
1 stick butter, melted
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 pkg. White Lily yellow corn muffin mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Stir together broccoli, eggs, onion, butter and cottage cheese.
Add corn muffin mix.
Place in greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until brown.
Serves 6.
