Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/2 cup frozen concentrate orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup diced red apples
1 cup chopped pecans
1 can whole cranberries

Preparation

Dissolve first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Mix next 4 ingredients with gelatin mixture.
Place in a ring mold.
Turn out onto a tray.
After placing on the tray, fill center of mold with cool whip.
