Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans peeled apricots
1/2 box brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 small box Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mash apricots (drained); save juice to moisten.
Add brown sugar and crushed crackers.
Add enough juice to moisten.
Mix all together and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
