Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes (skin on)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, ground or crushed
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0 for about 30 minutes before serving. Wash potatoes thoroughly; cut each potato in quarters.
    Place in large roasting pan with oil and remaining ingredients.
    Sprinkle garlic powder to taste.
    Toss to coat well.
    Roast potatoes 20 minutes or until fork-tender and golden brown, stirring potatoes halfway through cooking.
    Makes 4 servings.
