Anise Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. anise oil

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until very light.
Add baking powder, anise oil and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Drop a teaspoonful on a buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
