Black Bottom Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/8 tsp. and 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
    1 c. and 1/3 c. sugar, divided
    1 egg
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Make filling.
    In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 egg with electric beater until smooth.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Set aside.
    Next, make the batter.
