Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can marinara sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth or water
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    8 oz. medium wide noodles
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute beef and onion in large skillet; drain off fat.
    Combine sauce, garlic, basil, salt, oregano and broth.
    Spoon half over meat mixture.
    Layer cottage cheese.
    Pour boiling water over noodles; let stand 1 minute to soften.
    Place over cottage cheese. Spoon remaining sauce over.
    Cover.
