Up The Holler Briarhopper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. browned ground beef
    4 medium sized yellow onions
    1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow bell pepper
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. spaghetti sauce seasoning
    1 Tbsp. minced dry garlic
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Port wine
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In large pot, mix ingredients together in the listed order. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for four hours.
    Serve hot over your favorite boiled pasta.
