Ingredients
- 
                            2 (No. 2) cans black-eyed peas
 
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Mix thoroughly and store in refrigerator for at least 2 days before serving.
 
Will keep up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
