Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 16 oz. bag frozen veggie combo (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can Durkee Fried Onions
Preparation
    Combine veggies, soup, cheese, sour cream, and 1/2 can onions.
    Pour into greased one quart casserole.
    Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining onions.
    Bake uncovered for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
