Fruity Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium carrots, grated
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. halved maraschino cherries
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/3 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and juices. Fold the whipped cream into mayonnaise mixture. Pour over carrot mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
