Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 soda crackers
1 c. grated cheese
1 pat butter
1 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Crumble 4 soda crackers in pint baking dish.
Add cheese and crumble 4 more crackers.
Top with butter. Mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper and sugar.
Pour over the ingredients and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until firm.
Serves two.
