Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. chopped zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) bag seasoned stuffing
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Boil zucchini for 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Mix with onion, sour cream, mushroom soup and carrots.
    Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.
    Put half of stuffing on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour mixture on top of stuffing and use the rest of stuffing on top.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
