Apricot Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. apricot baby food
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Empty baby food in a small bowl.
Add soda.
Stir mixture.
It will be foamy.
Set aside.
